Child Abuse PSA Poster

For this project, I was tasked with creating a series of three Public Service Announcement (PSA) posters focused on the issue of child abuse.

I wanted each poster to evoke an emotional response while communicating a clear, impactful message. To achieve this, I photographed children’s toys, I used a doll, a bear, and an army figurine. These objects are often associated with innocence and comfort, and then heavily manipulated them in Adobe Photoshop to appear torn, broken, or distressed.

Creating this series challenged me to think deeply about visual symbolism, storytelling, and how design can bring awareness to important social issues. It was a powerful reminder of the role designers can play in sparking meaningful conversations.
